Why can't I get a reading? The minimum operational range of our devices is 5 yards. If you're attempting to measure in small spaces, looking through glass, or the distance exceeds what's capable, the device will not provide a reading.

Why does the reading seem inaccurate at times? Environmental factors such as rain, fog, strong sunlight, or heavy dust can interfere with the laser's transmission and may lead to unreliable readings. When targeting small objects, ensure that you are aiming directly at the target and not at a background object.

How do I accurately lock onto a flag? The secret lies in a slow and steady approach. In golf mode, press and hold the measure button as you sweep the device from the background towards the flag. The device will vibrate to indicate a lock, and the measurement will remain stable.
