• Why Can't I Get a Reading? The minimum measuring distance of our devices is 5 yards. Therefore, if you are using the rangefinder in small rooms, through glass, or beyond its range, it will not display a distance.

• Why Are Readings Sometimes Inaccurate? Environmental factors such as rain, fog, bright sunlight, and heavy dust can affect the laser transmission, leading to measurement inaccuracies. When targeting small objects, ensure you’re focusing on the target itself and not something in the background.

• How to Accurately Lock onto a Flag? The key to success is a slow and steady approach. In golf mode, press and hold down the measure button as you scan from the back of the target toward the flag. The device will vibrate when it locks the reading, which will remain unchanged thereafter.
