Why can’t I obtain a reading?
Our rangefinders have a minimum operational range of 5 yards. If used in restricted spaces, through glass, or beyond their maximum distance, readings may not be displayed.

What causes occasional inaccuracies in readings?
Environmental factors, such as rain, fog, strong light, or heavy dust, can interfere with laser transmission. Ensure you're accurately targeting the object rather than something in the background.

How can I accurately lock onto a flag?
Take a slow and steady approach. In golf mode, press the measure button and sweep from the background toward the flag. When it successfully locks onto the flag, a vibration will confirm the reading remains unchanged.
